§ 01. Eligibility

The programme is open to organisations that are legally registered as non-profit entities under the law of their country and that operate a WordPress site under their control. The list of accepted documents is published on the eligibility page.

§ 02. Application

Each application requires a registration document dated within the last 24 months. Applications are reviewed by the author personally. Reasons for refusal are given in writing.

§ 03. No fee, no obligation

No fee is required for accepted applications, and no reciprocal obligation is imposed. The recipient is not required to publish a logo, write a testimonial, or perform any promotional activity.

§ 04. Discretion

The author reserves the right to refuse or revoke a licence in case of misuse, transfer to a non-eligible third party, or violation of these terms. A revoked licence is communicated in writing with a stated reason and a reasonable cure period where applicable.

§ 05. Licence

The plugin licence granted under this programme is granted to the organisation, not to a person, and lasts for the lifetime of the entity. It includes:

  • installation on the organisation’s production site and one staging mirror;
  • all subsequent updates — major and minor — published by the author;
  • direct support from the author by e-mail.

It does not include sub-licensing, redistribution, modification of the licence header, or use on sites belonging to third parties (including client sites of an agency).

§ 06. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Court of competent jurisdiction will be specified on launch. The Spanish version — once published — shall prevail in case of conflict between language versions.
