What data we collect when you apply, why, on which legal basis, how long we keep it, who has access, and the rights you can exercise.
§ 01. Controller

§ 03. Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). For the licence relationship that follows acceptance, contractual performance — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
§ 04. Retention
Application data: 12 months from review, or until you request earlier deletion. Licence data: lifetime of the licence. Deleted within 30 days of a written deletion request.
§ 05. Recipients
None. Data is hosted on the author’s servers in the European Union. We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your data to third parties. We do not use analytics or trackers on this site.
§ 06. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spain) or your local data protection authority.
§ 07. Cookies
This site uses one technical cookie to remember your language preference. It does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If anything changes, this section will be updated and a banner shown on first visit.
