Three things, one document.
If your organisation is a legally registered nonprofit, runs a WordPress site, and can produce a current registration document, you can apply. The rest of this page makes that concrete.
Stated plainly.
- 01
Legal registration as a nonprofit
Your organisation must be incorporated as a non-profit entity under the law of its country — an association, foundation, public-benefit corporation, charitable trust, cooperative with non-profit status, or equivalent local form. The legal form does not have to match Spain’s; it has to match its own jurisdiction.
- 02
A WordPress installation under your control
The plugins are licensed for the entity. Your team or your developer must be able to install them. We don’t install for you.
- 03
Proof of registration, current
A copy of the act of incorporation, registry extract, or recognition letter from your tax authority. PDF, dated within the last 24 months.
A short, defensive list.
Mission statement compatibility
We do not vet your cause. Anti-discrimination laws are sufficient.
Tax ID disclosure beyond registration
The registration document already contains what is needed.
Personal IDs of staff
Only an organisational e-mail and a contact name.
Donor data
No financial or supporter information is requested or stored.
Hosting access
No SFTP, no admin user, no backups uploaded to us.
Reciprocal promotion
Logos appear on the catalogue with permission, never as a condition.
Accepted proofs of registration.

A few cases I’m asked about, by example.
Religious congregations. Eligible if registered with the relevant civic registry (in Spain, the Registro de Entidades Religiosas). Doctrine plays no part in the decision; the legal form does.
Federations and umbrella bodies. Eligible. The licence is granted to the umbrella; member organisations should apply separately if they run their own sites.
Public benefit cooperatives. Eligible if your jurisdiction recognises non-profit cooperative status.
For-profit social enterprises. Not eligible under this programme. Commercial licences are available at the regular price on plugins.joseconti.com.
Personal projects, however worthy. Not eligible. The programme is for legally registered organisations.
Don’t see your country. Send the document your jurisdiction issues; the form lets you describe it. Decisions are made case by case — we accept applicants from any country.
