§ 01 — Best for

Nonprofits maintaining one or several WordPress sites from a single control room.

The plugin adds a Network Hub that watches every site you run — sites online, pending updates, open vulnerabilities, a health score and recent activity, all on one screen. It also turns WordPress into a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server secured with OAuth 2.1, so AI assistants can connect through a standard, authenticated endpoint instead of ad-hoc access.

§ 02 — How it works

An editorial layer over the block editor.

The plugin extends the WordPress block editor with a structured workspace: every article carries a brief, an outline, a draft and a review state. Translations live as siblings in the same record, not as separate posts, so that a piece written in English remains traceable to the Spanish version next to it.

If you have ever managed an editorial calendar by spreadsheet, this is the plugin that replaces the spreadsheet without making you change tools.— from the plugin documentation

§ 03 — Features

Briefly.

  • Structured briefs and outlines per article
  • Locale lanes (EN, ES, more) sharing one record
  • Review & approval states per locale
  • AI drafting through MCP servers (BYO key)
  • Editorial calendar (week / quarter)
  • Per-author voice & style profiles
§ 04 — Use cases for nonprofits

Three patterns we see.

Use A

Bilingual newsroom

A foundation publishing weekly press notes in two languages keeps both versions side by side, with one review per locale.

Use B

Volunteer writers

Several volunteers contribute drafts; the editor approves before publication. The plugin tracks who wrote what.

Use C

Annual report

A team assembles long-form sections in parallel; the plugin holds the outline as a single document until publication.

§ 05 — Compatibility

Light, by design.

José Conti

This plugin grew out of working with editorial teams who needed Notion-shaped tools without leaving WordPress. I support each install personally.
